What do the numbers mean on my fertiliser?

The three numbers represent the percentage by weight of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium in the fertiliser alongside the other fillers.

For example, 5-10-10 means that the fertiliser contains 5% Nitrogen, 10% Phosphorus and 10% Potassium.

  • Nitrogen promotes leafy, green growth
  • Phosphorus promotes strong root development and flowering
  • Potassium promotes overall health, fruit quality, and size.
